Product Description
This 68u white gloss PP label material is characterized by its glossy, opalescent polypropylene film with a special coating that provides superior ink receptivity, allowing vibrant and high-definition print results. The 58g white glassine liner, treated with a super calender, ensures smooth handling, making it easy to peel and apply. The acrylic water-based adhesive offers a balanced combination of strong initial adhesion (14N/25mm) and excellent long-term bonding, ensuring that labels stay intact over time, even under harsh conditions.

Product Application
This is an adhesive with a high initial viscosity. It has excellent performance on many packaging materials. It can be used for non-direct contact labeling of products such as food, electronics and cosmetics.
Converting
Off-white polypropylene film with a paper-like visual effect, with a layer of coating on the surface, suitable for various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing, screen printing and thermal transfer printing, and has good expressive power for inks.
For product labels with important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical substances, it has excellent covering performance on dark bottles.
Sharp knives should be used in die-cutting, and at the same time, avoid label overflow due to excessive winding tension.
Product Features
Hotmelt Rubber base-Strong-stick: General-purpose hot melt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent performance on many packaging materials. Not suitable for application on PVC surfaces. Bottles with small diameters and irregular surfaces or frequently squeezed are not recommended. A comprehensive labeling test must be conducted in the final use environment before applied. Suitable for low temperatures or rough surfaces. Usually used with films.
Storage and Handling: Requires 23±2°C storage temperature and 50±5% relative humidity, with a clean and dry storage area to maintain optimal performance.
